From time to time we all seek a little spiritual boost in our lives, it’s in our DNA at RiniKini! The world is a beautiful place –  to be explored, respected and most importantly, enjoyed.  We appreciate the little things in life, and believe every moment is a gift to be grateful for. Whether you’re seeking health, happiness, love, success or fulfilment, a little time to listen to yourself and assess where you are, mentally and physically, can only be a good thing.  We always feel better for it! Here are some of the ways we find inner peace, self-love and spirituality.

Be present:

Here at RiniKini we try our upmost to focus on the present – the here and now. It’s important to remind yourself that despite the pressures of everyday life today, many good things are happening! And when things don’t go as we hoped, we learn to accept, let go and grow. We embrace the now and look forward to the future. We truly believe that we can attract and invite goodness into our lives is by doing the best we can and enjoying that moment; accepting that whatever will happen will happen and that the universe will balance itself out eventually. Everything is exactly the way it is supposed to be right now!

Mindfulness 

It’s easy to get absorbed by the fast paced world we live in today. From a young age we’re encouraged to be better, faster and stronger. It’s a competitive world! At RiniKini we focus at making the best that we can every single day and not comparing ourselves to anyone else. Contentment is the most powerful state of mind! We do what we love and we work hard, truly believing that we’re good enough just the way we are. We listen to our hearts, do one thing at a time, we do it slow and with intention and totally dedicate ourselves to what we believe in, without putting too much pressure on ourselves. Slow and steady wins the race.

Gratitude:

Be happy and thankful for what we’ve got. Be content. Appreciate the little things…

Each day we practice simple act of breathing in love and breathing out gratitude, for all the blessings in our lives. For friends, family, food on the table and the opportunity to make dreams a reality. Things might not be perfect, they often aren’t, but there’s always something to be grateful for! “A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles”, after all!

Positive thinking > Positive actions > Positive feelings

The power of positive thinking… a force like no other!

In life we become good at things that we practice. (Practice makes perfect). It takes practise to channel positive thinking and resit negative thoughts. But if we practice enough, it happens naturally leading to a more settled – happier and fulfilled life. We believe happy girls are the prettiest, and that’s a good enough reason to stay positive. Take the time to do the things you love

Life is full of surprises, and can be really challenging but we must never forget to do the things we love. These are the things that give us the energy to keep going, the inner strength to face those challenges. So… a little advise from us to you: invest time in doing what you love. Whether that’s spending time with your family and friends, exotic holidays, time in the waves, sunrise yoga or bedtime reading. If you love it, you must make time for it. It’ll be like a big hug from you to you.
