Refund, Exchange and Return Policy
- RiniKini crochet beachwear products are thoroughly quality checked before shipping to ensure the product is everything you expect and more. However, if you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or refund.
- The sarong or any gift we supply is not under warranty, not refundable and not changeable. In case of exchange or order cancelation the Sarong must be sent back to RiniKini with the courier.
- In case of refund request, exchange or faulty product please place your unused Rinikini back into the original packaging to return it to us.
E-mail or call us within 3 days from the time you received the package to [email protected]. You can also call us or write to us from the Contact Us page on our website. Please let us know what the problem with the product is and how you’d like to proceed.
- Our Customer Service Team will get back to you within 2 days and guide you further.
- Refund request:
- Refund is not available for discount purchases
- Refunds will be paid to the credit card or PayPal account used to pay at the time of purchase, within 3 days after Customer Service approve that the product has been received in proper condition.
- Shipping expenses of $15 and cost of shipping back to RiniKini are not refundable. local taxes and fees are also not refundable.
- Exchanges will be available on full price purchases only
- The cost of shipping the courier to RiniKini is not refundable.
- If there is a difference in product price, customer will be charged or credited accordingly.
- We will accept products for exchange due to size or style issues only once.
- All exchanges are subject to availability.
- The new size or style will be sent to you with no shipping charge within 3 days after Customer Service have confirmed that the original purchase been returned in proper condition.
- Faulty product:
- In the case of faulty product, there are no charges for the customer. In addition, shipment back to RiniKini is refundable.
- Shipping back to RiniKini:
- Shipping back to RiniKini must be coordinated with our Customer Service Team.
- Please return any products within 3 days of speaking to our Customer Services Team.
- We recommend that the return shipment should be traceable to ensure the delivery is tracked.
- The product must be returned to our Customer Service Department unworn, unwashed and unused with swing ticket and inside the original packaging.
